The purpose of this EEO Public File Report (“Report”) is to comply with Section 73.2080(c) (6) of the FCC’S 2002 EEO Rule. This
Report has been prepared on behalf of the Station Employment Unit that is comprised of the following stations: WYGL –
Selinsgrove, PA; WYGL-FM – Elizabethville, PA; WLGL – Riverside, PA; WWBE – Mifflinburg, PA; and WFYY – Bloomsburg,
PA; and is required to be placed in the public inspection files of these stations, and posted on their websites, if they have websites. The
Station Employment Unit for these above listed stations is Max Media of Pennsylvania LLC.
The information contained in this Report covers the time period beginning March 22, 2009 to March 31, 2010.
Max Media of Pennsylvania LLC had three (2) full-time vacancy during this period, classified as follows:
Marketing Consultant – 1
News Director - 1
With varying frequency, information about the Marketing Consultant and News Director position was disseminated using radio
announcements on all of the previously listed stations, posting on the radio station’s websites, and internal postings.

INTERNSHIP PROGRAMS
Max Media of Pennsylvania LLC in cooperation with Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove (PA) offered a Summer 2009 (June to
August) and Winter 2010 (January to May) Internships to two (2) Fall internships to interested students; Kyoti Heath and Heidi
Heintzelman.
OTHER ACTIVITIES
Max Media of Pennsylvania LLC participated in a College Career Workshop at King’s College in Wilkes-Barre (PA) on November
18, 2009.
Max Media of Pennsylvania LLC conducted a tour and hosted the Leadership Susquehanna Valley class of the Chamber of
Commerce on December 4, 2009.

Commerce October 19, 2009
Max Media of Pennsylvania LLC hosted a visit from Busy Little Beavers Daycare as a Capitol Sponsor for the Christmas Eve hour
long Little Giants Special December 16, 2009.
Max Media of Pennsylvania, conducted a tours of its facilities for Middleburg Leader of Tiger Cubs on April 6, 2009,
Northumberland Cub Scout Pack 3325 on May 12, 2009 and Selinsgrove Cub Scout Pack 3441 on January 12, 2010.
